I hate typing with one hand, but I have 3 kids... make that 4. My niece is staying with me indefinitely. I need many happy thoughts to get through this alone. What a fine time for DK to be gone. He's gone until February and then he's home for good. No more looking over our shoulders wondering when he'll have to leave again. I've made a vow to cook at least 3 times a week while he's gone. Any fast and easy recipes would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't blogged in ages, but I'm still around. I am now the proud momma of 3 little ones. AJ joined the clan on June 25th, my late mother's birthday, so that's where the "J" comes from. I'm bumming because my husband is gone, but too busy to be stressed out about it. I have a whole new respect for parents with more than 2 children. Something about #3 makes it hard as Hades. But we're hanging in there.
