I got a new job, but already I hate it. I've been there less than 2 months and am planning on moving on. I honestly believe that my boss displays all the signs of a bi-polar person. When I mentioned it to a couple of co-workers they laughed, then they agreed. I have a couple of friends who are bi-polar, I believe my husband is bi-polar. In fact, my boss is so similar to my husband in his behavior that I feel like I'm married again! I do believe that I will follow in the footsteps of the 3 people that quit last week. 3 people, in one day. We have just over 10 people in the office if that's any indication of the climate in the place. I don't do good in toxic environments.
