Outside My Window… crazy folks are smoking in the rain

I am thinking… about how grateful I am that I am no longer a smoker in need of a fix


I am thankful for… a working day means I'll have a couple of coins to jingle in my pocket next week


From the kitchen… I grabbed frozen burgers from WC Lounge for lunch and cashews.

I am wearing… a blue top and khaki pants. I love business casual workplaces.


I am creating… coffee cup cozies to be included in swag bags at a craft fair.


I am going… the library for more books I don't really need because my home is filled with books "to be read"


I am reading… The Daughter of God by Lewis Perdue, a DaVinci Code type thriller and Simplify Your Life and get more out of it! by H. Norman Wright


I am hoping… my stalker is arrested again because he's regained some confidence and is knocking on my door again


I am hearing… a group gathering for a meeting


Around the house… is lots of clutter and cleaning that needs done. Wanna come over and help?

1. I don't wear socks. I don't even own socks. On the rare occasion when I've worn socks last year, I had to swipe them from my daughter. It's about 25 degrees outside and I don't have on socks. The most I'll do is wear stockings or knee highs if I wear heels.

2. I hate feet. The quickest way to get on my bad side is to put your feet on me. I don't even like to touch my baby's feet. I went to school to become a nail tech and bribed my teacher out of doing the required number of pedicures. I did one-with gloves.

3. I hate tomatoes, but love ketchup. Wait, make that Heinz Ketchup. I will bypass the $2 Hunt's and pay $6 for Heinz.

4. I'm a voracious reader so I love the library. The perfect day for me would be spent alone in the library. My dream job would be a librarian.

5. I love the Lord. I try to be a good Christian, and I enjoy religious discussions, but I have no tolerance for people who always talk about God. You know the ones. Their response when you ask how they are is, "Blessed," or when you say, "See you tomorrow" and they respond, "Lord willing." Can you just say "Good- bye?" You woke up this morning, it's a given that you're blessed. The sun don't shine without the okay of the Big Guy, it's safe to assume I won't see you tomorrow if He has other plans for you. Leave my Big Mac alone, I don't need you telling me that the Lord is going to give me diabetes for not eating right. Some people are so religious they presume to know the thoughts and will of God irritate me to no end.

6. I am anal when it comes to my refrigerator. My whole house can be a mess, but the milk had better be on the top shelf on the right or someone's in trouble.

7. I have a fish phobia. I can't stand to eat, smell, look at or be around fish. Or anything that lives in water for that matter. I stopped eating ice cream when I was a kid because my cruel older sister's told me it was made out of sea weed. They still think that mess is funny. I'm not so amused.

2. WERE YOU NAMED AFTER ANYONE? I am the only one of my siblings not named after someone
3. WHEN DID YOU LAST CRY? Last week and it felt good.
4. DO YOU LIKE YOUR HANDWRITING? No. Everyone says that it's neat, but I think it could be better
5. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE LUNCHMEAT? Honey ham. I like it sweet.
6. IF YOU WERE ANOTHER PERSON WOULD YOU BE FRIENDS WITH YOU? I most certainly would. I think I'm an incredible person.
7. DO YOU HAVE A JOURNAL? Yes, but I've been slacking on writing in it.
8. DO YOU STILL HAVE YOUR TONSILS? Nope.
9. WOULD YOU BUNGEE JUMP? Heck no. I like living too much than to take unnecessary chances like that.
10. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CEREAL? Boo Berry, hard to find, but worth it.
11. DO YOU UNTIE YOUR SHOES WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OFF? I don't even think I own shoes that tie.
12. DO YOU THINK YOU ARE STRONG? Going through a nasty separation and raising 4 kids alone while being pregnant with #5, are you kidding? I can kick butt.
13. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ICE CREAM FLAVOR? Oreo or cookie dough.

15. RED OR PINK? I dislike pink.
16. WHAT IS THE LEAST FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOURSELF? I try to hard to get people to understand where I'm coming from. Sometimes you just have to accept that they may never "get it".
17. WHO DO YOU MISS THE MOST? My grandma. She's awesome.
